Chief Executive Officer: Greg Philliban
Greg is a business owner (Environmental Project Management and Sustainability Solutions) and rural landowner in Edwardsburg Township. Greg has extensive senior management experience in the private, ENGO, Municipal and Aboriginal sectors (Environmental & Real Property) and Professional Associations (Local & National). Greg is a founding director of Earth Charter Canada. 2015 marks Greg’s 5th year serving as CEO of the local executive

Financial Agent: Jane Hart
Jane is a long time resident of Plum Hollow in Athens Township. She currently sits on the executive of the Athens Garden Club and began volunteering with the Green Party during the 2011 election. This will be Jane’s first year on the Green Party executive.

Membership Coordinator: Daryl Watton
Daryl is a substitute teacher with the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario and an instructor with Sylvan Learning Centre in Ottawa. He has lived in the rural area of Merrickville-Wolford for the last 15 years. Daryl began volunteering locally for the Green Party during the 2011 federal election and 2012 will be his first year as an executive member.

South Leeds Director: Ann Haggerty
Ann is a mother of two and grandmother of three who has been living in South Leeds for 30 years, of which 25 years has been spent living off the grid! She works as a child and youth counselor in Kingston and has also done volunteer work for the local Council of Canadians chapter and Greenpeace. Ann has been a Green Party executive member for the past four years and looks forward to continued involvement with the Greens.

Athens-Front of Yonge Director: Mary Slade
Mary is a retired school board planner and beef farmer. Mary has lived in the Leeds-Grenville area since 1974 and has served as a very active member of the community. Mary ran as the Green Party candidate in the 2011 federal election where she received the highest level of support in Eastern Ontario. Mary is a long time Green supporter and this will be her second year as an executive member.

South Grenville-Augusta Director: Greg Philliban
Greg has been an active member of several ENGO initiatives in Leeds Grenville: Canadian Parks and Wilderness (CPAWS) Algonquin to Adirondack; Greater Eco System Atlas (GIS mapping of significant woodlands and wetlands in Leeds Grenville); Grenville Land Stewardship Council; Trees for Peace project; and Our Common Ground – Species at Risk – Communications and Public Awareness projects. Realizing that, to have an effect on political decisions impacting the environment in Canada, one needs to not only be active at the grassroots local level but also at the Nation’s political level, Greg joined the Leeds Grenville Green (LGG) Party Electoral District Association (EDA) in 2009.

North Grenville Director: Vacant

Member-at-large: Matt Casselman
Matt currently lives in Brockville where he recently graduated from Brockville C.I. Matt was selected to be the Valedictorian of his graduating class and has served as President of the school’s Student Council for the past two years. Matt also served as the Upper Canada DSB’s Student Trustee and currently sits on the Brockville Youth Advisory Committee. Matt will be moving to Waterloo this fall to attend Wilfrid Laurier University to obtain his bachelors degree in Business Administration. Matt has been a Green Party member for over seven years where he has volunteered on the local executive since 2006 and served as a member of the Party’s Federal Council for the 2007-08 term.
